Hole 3

The only change proposed to our 3rd hole is a new shorter tee as the current tee is 143 yards to the center of the green and is often unreachable by many players, especially on a cold morning.  Here is what we see today from the front of the current 3rd tee.

The proposed tee would be approximately 43 yards closer, so only 100 yards from the center of the green, and 12 feet higher in elevation.  It would be over 3,000 square feet so there will be plenty of turf to distribute play and give the tee time to heal.
