Hole 14

Hole 14 is one of our 3 dead straight par 4s and plays very similar to #8 and #17.  The intent is to simply improve the White and Green tees and add some strategy and consequence from the tee by adding two fairway bunkers.

Here is the conceptual plan for the 14th hole.

In summary the changes to # 14 are:

1. Build a larger white tee in the current location of the green tee.  So the hole will be 285 from the white tee as opposed to 315 today.

2. Build new green tee at 227 yards.

3. Add two fairway bunkers to make longer hitters think about strategy.

4. Widen the fairway before the fairway bunkers and near the green to make the hole a bit more fun for shorter hitters.

5. Replace the cramped bunker behind the green with a mound to catch shots slightly over the green.
