Hole 1

Hole 1 will remain as is. 

However, we will be rebuilding the tee as we did to other holes in the course in order to:

• Laser level

• Increase square footage so wear and tear can be better distributed.

• New sod.

• Improve sub surface with a healthy sand cap so sod can grow better.  The goal is to prevent the turf from dying where everyone walks onto the tee.  We hope that by tilling the soil and adding a solid sand cap that we no longer have to re-sod that area every year.
