Hole 15

Holes 17 and 18 were originally included in this plan, and approved in a vote by the membership.  However, a subsequent petition and vote by the members removed holes 17 and 18 from the plan.   As a result, the plan for hole 15 is SLIGHTLY modified in that the tees will not be moved.  The changes to the fairway bunkers will still happen, but the tees will remain where they are.

Here is the conceptual plan:

In summary, the changes to our 15th hole are:

1. Renovate all the tees.  So the black, blue, silver, white and green tees will be rebuilt, laser leveled and re-sodded.

2. Move the fairway bunker to near where it was in 1939.  So it is 280 yards from the back tee and requires a drive of over 300 yards to clear.   It will be 230 yards from the white tee.

3. Add a crossing bunker 50 yards short of the green.

4. Widen the fairway.
